More than 155,000 burgers, 1.2 million Pepsi units, 3,200 pounds of salmon, 8,500 pounds of prime strip loin and 250 pounds of sushi-grade fish were served – along with 22,000 cases of beer.
Behind the scenes and on the front lines, 1,750 employees and 280 support managers kept operations running across the course with 90 golf carts, eight forklifts and 4,100 hotel room nights logged.
