Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wis., were buzzing with Wisconsin Badgers and Notre Dame Fighting Irish fans on Sept. 6 when the venue hosted the college football matchup, originally scheduled for October 2020 but postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sportservice, the hospitality partner at Lambeau Field and the adjacent Titletown development, helped keep fans fueled throughout the event, generating impressive food and beverage sales. Highlights included the sale of 36,000 bottles of water, 60,000 cans of beer, 11,000 cocktails, 10,000 brats and 6,400 orders of cheese curds. Thanks to the strong performance, Sportservice was able to provide $250,000 to its nonprofit organization (NPO) partners from game-day sales.
