TD Garden, home of the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics, hosted a doubleheader Nov. 1 as the Bruins faced the New York Rangers at 1 p.m. and the Celtics played the Houston Rockets at 8 p.m. Click the time-lapse video above to see the changeover from ice to court made possible by arena staff.


The Westin Buffalo, the company-owned-and-operated hotel at Delaware North’s global headquarters, has been awarded the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Rating for the ninth year in a row.

The Buffalo chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) hosted a networking and panel event, “Beyond the Scoreboard,” on Oct. 29 at corporate headquarters in Buffalo. Delaware North’s Marketing division sponsored the event. Panelists shared insights into their careers and strategies for developing compelling, sports-driven campaigns with professional teams, athletes, venues and brands.

The AAF event was catered by Delaware North’s Sportservice team at KeyBank Center, home of the Buffalo Sabres, and featured an array of meat and vegetarian sliders, loaded nachos, cinnamon sugar pretzel bites with cream cheese icing dip and pumpkin milkshakes. Mardi Gras Casino & Resort, located in Cross Lanes, W.Va., in early October hosted a “Pink Out: Party with a Purpose” with funds benefitting the West Virginia Breast Health Initiative (WVBHI). The event, which included basket raffles, live entertainment and specialty beverages, raised $2,500 for the organization.
