

Vice President of Government Affairs Shannon Patch on June 4 spoke on a leadership panel hosted by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership (BNP) for its members who are young professionals. Patch, who also serves on the Visit Buffalo Board of Directors, shared insights on building local impact through civic engagement.

Patina 250, located at corporate headquarters in Buffalo, on June 4 hosted the latest installment of its Guest Chef Series: Cookbook Edition featuring James Beard-award-winning cookbook author Noah Galuten.
Patina 250 Executive Chef Evan Wargo (right) and his team collaborated with Galuten (left) on cocktails, appetizers, a multicourse dinner for guests using recipes from his cookbook, Grill Time!, including a citrus and fennel salad with grilled avocado, smoked miso black cod and tomahawk rib eye with grilled potatoes and miso butter corn.
The cookbook edition of the popular Guest Chef Series was developed in partnership with Read It & Eat Bookshop, a culinary bookstore in Buffalo owned by Kimberly Behzadi (pictured at top, center), who has hosted the cookbook events with Patina 250.

Sportservice culinary leaders developed a national menu framework, featuring playful twists on classics to over-the-top desserts and specialty beverages – all designed to match the Savannah Bananas’ one-of-a-kind fan experience on their nationwide tour.
