KeyBank Center in Buffalo celebrated Sabres players Rasmus Dahlin and Tage Thompson’s Olympic participation with special menu items earlier this month, courtesy of hospitality provider Delaware North.
Delaware North featured several “gold‑worthy” items during the Feb. 5 Sabres-Pittsburgh Penguins game. The menu included the Tage & Rasmus Battle Boat, Milano Cortina Sandwich, Margherita Pizza, Thompson Bomber and a Gold Medal Mule cocktail.
The Tage side of the Battle Boat featured waffle fries topped with smoked pork, beer cheese, pickled onions, jalapenos, cilantro and Alabama barbecue sauce. The Rasmus side featured waffle fries topped with Swedish meatballs, onions and gravy.

Gate City Casino, Delaware North’s gaming property in Nashua, N.H., recently completed a full refresh of its table games area, highlighted by the installation of 18 new tables manufactured by Genesis Gaming.

Every week, the management team at Delaware North’s Lizard Island Resort in Australia invites guests to a cozy gathering under the palm trees to appreciate the island’s natural beauty. Guests are notified the evening before, and the event offers managers a comfortable setting to engage with guests, listen to their feedback and better understand their needs.

The bats – black flying foxes native to Australia – are among the world’s largest, with wingspans reaching 1.5 meters, or nearly five feet.
“Our guests enjoy learning about these bats and being surrounded by the natural beauty of Lizard Island Resort,” Melville said.
