Several members of Delaware North’s leadership team from Australia in March hosted two members of the Australian Football League (AFL) leadership team on a tour of Delaware North-operated venues across the U.S. Nine AFL teams play home matches at the Melbourne Cricket Ground or Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, both of which feature Delaware North as the hospitality services partner.

Space 220 Restaurant, operated by Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group at Walt Disney World’s EPCOT in Florida, is in the running for a USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Award. Vote once per day, now through April 21, for Space 220 as the “Best Theme Park Restaurant.” 

Locations where Delaware North Sportservice provides food and beverage services recently supported Special Olympics events in Florida and New Jersey. 

Delaware North’s team at EverBank Stadium, home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, on March 2 supported the Special Olympics Florida by preparing and delivering 150 meals for volunteers and athletes at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center for various events, including horse showing and barrel racing (pictured above).

Delaware North Sportservice at MetLife Stadium also provided food and beverages to volunteers and athletes for the Special Olympics New Jersey’s Snow Bowl, a flag football tournament held March 7-9 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. The Snow Bowl raised over $525,000 for Special Olympics New Jersey.
