Delaware North Travel this morning opened the doors to Kardea Brown’s Southern Kitchen at Charleston International Airport (CHS) in South Carolina. Team members from Delaware North’s Creative Studio got the opportunity to film Brown at the airport and in her home kitchen in preparation for the opening.

Patina Restaurant Group last month sponsored the annual “Hospitality Uncorked” fundraising gala hosted by Cal Poly Pomona’s Collins College of Hospitality Management to support the next generation of hospitality leaders. Patina donated four dining vouchers to Paseo and Naples Ristorante at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif., and a two-night stay package for Tenaya at Yosemite near Yosemite National Park.

Attendees at the gala included JK Kolaski, president of Patina Restaurant Group and a member of the Collins College Board of Advisors; Stephanie Edens, vice president of events and catering for Patina and former board member; Christopher Harada, accounting manager for Patina and Collins College graduate; Dhruv Srivastava, finance director for Patina; and Gina Carr, senior sales director for Patina.

UBS Arena, home of the New York Islanders and where Delaware North is the hospitality provider, on April 4 hosted its 2025 Sustainability Forum, where leaders from the public and private sectors discussed emerging opportunities, trends and challenges related to renewable energy and sustainable buildings.

Delaware North team members Liesel Schwarz, director of sustainability; Kelly McLinden, food and beverage director at UBS Arena; and Kelly Sanchez, premium services manager at MetLife Stadium, attended the event. McLinden presented during the sustainability tour of the venue, highlighting Delaware North’s ongoing work to contribute to the arena’s zero-waste goal.

Nashville Predators fans can now enjoy a variety of grab-and-go options from a new, one-of-a-kind, custom-wrapped popcorn wagon at Bridgestone Arena.

Offerings include fresh popcorn, candy, bottled beverages and (coming soon) roasted nuts. More than a century after Delaware North’s founders sold popcorn at theater concessions in 1915, the company is still focused on delivering the memorable moments that guests look forward to.
