Patina Group locations celebrate the flavors of Hispanic Heritage Month

Patina Group locations are celebrating the culture and flavors of Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15-Oct. 15 in the United States, by spotlighting team members and offering menu specials. 

Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif. 

Created by Executive Chef Joshua Frias, Naples Ristorante e Bar is featuring the Cuban ropa vieja pizza made with mozzarella and provolone cheese, slow-cooked beef, sautéed onions and peppers, green olives and pickled red onion.

Developed by Executive Chef Rudy Lopez, Chef Ernesto Hernandez and Chef Genio Mustajo of Paseo, Céntrico and Tiendita, the concepts operated in partnership with acclaimed Mexican chef Carlos Gaytán are offering several Latin-inspired specials: 

  • Chile verde costillas: A traditional Mexican dish featuring baby back pork ribs in green sauce, Fresno chili, pickled red onion, lime crema and crispy yams. 
  • Lomo saltado: A Peruvian stir-fry dish featuring soy-marinated flank steak strips, bell pepper, red onion, tomato wedges, roasted potatoes and cilantro criollo. 
  • Pupusas: A thick corn cake with origins from El Salvador and Honduras stuffed with shredded pork, refried beans and jack cheese, topped with cabbage slaw and finished with a rich tomato sauce.
