Buffalo Business First recently released the results of its annual reader survey highlighting Buffalo’s favorite restaurants. Patina 250, owned and operated by Delaware North’s Patina Group at corporate headquarters, earned the No. 2 spot in the restaurant’s first appearance on the annual list.
According to Buffalo Business First, readers raved about the Buffalo cauliflower at Patina 250: “One dish came up again and again and again: the Buffalo cauliflower, a crispy tempura cauliflower with Buffalo sauce and New York bleu cheese. ‘The Buffalo cauliflower is to die for,’ one respondent wrote.
