Sportservice – Delaware North’s sports hospitality business – is led by a new leadership team with deep industry experience and a clear eye on what’s next. On the latest episode of The Guest List, Sportservice President Tom Barney and Chief Operating Officer Adrian Dishington reflect on their early months in their roles and the momentum building across the business.
Barney, a longtime Delaware North leader, stepped into the president role in January 2026, while Adrian Dishington joined the company as COO in October 2025. Together, they discuss what they’ve learned so far – from seeing the business through a new lens to identifying opportunities to build on Sportservice’s strong foundation.
The conversation also looks ahead to a busy and exciting spring for Sportservice, including Major League Baseball Opening Day and the debut of Nu Stadium, the new world- class home of Inter Miami CF.
