Delaware North recently launched a global careers website featuring job opportunities for external candidates in the United States and United Kingdom, with Australia and New Zealand job opportunities coming soon. After a multiyear global bidding process, the careers site project officially kicked off in April 2024, involving many stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure representation from each region and subsidiary.
The Talent Acquisition Innovation Center will manage the new global careers site with support from Symphony Talent, the website host and vendor. The new site launch highlights the company’s continued dedication to improving the candidate experience.
The new global careers site features:
- A modern and fresh design with advanced customization and editing capabilities, including video headers.
- Personalized job descriptions that share relevant content about the job or subsidiary, with the ability to include images and videos.
- Customizable talent community forms that capture candidate information.
- In-depth analytics to help inform future recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy.
- A glimpse into life at Delaware North, featuring highlight videos and quotes that showcase team member stories across the enterprise.
Symphony Talent is also hosting Delaware North’s new Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The new CRM, like the global careers site, features best-in-class technology to engage and nurture talent like never before, including through targeted texts and emails.
The new CRM, which in late 2024 launched in the U.S. and the U.K., features advanced automations, personalized talent community forms and improved sourcing abilities.
By the end of the first quarter, Delaware North Australia and New Zealand will also launch its careers site, uniting the enterprise’s talent management systems into one global platform. To enhance the inclusiveness of the site, the homepages, buttons and sections of job descriptions will soon feature region-specific spellings for U.S., U.K., Australia/New Zealand and Spanish translations.
