Marvel Stadium introduces Stoke-Grill, a premium surf-and-turf dining experience

Delaware North, the longstanding hospitality partner at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia, unveiled its latest premium dining experience for Medallion Club members on May 7 – Stoke-Grill, a concept that brings the best of Melbourne’s surf and turf to the stadium. 

Inspired by the city’s iconic beachside venues, Stokehouse and Stokehouse Pasta & Bar, Stoke-Grill introduces bold flavors, premium ingredients and signature hospitality to the Medallion Club. 

The Medallion Club is considered as the top-tier premium membership offering within Australian stadia, with access at both Marvel Stadium and the Melbourne Cricket Ground, where Delaware North also serves as the hospitality and retail partner. The Marvel Stadium, Delaware North and Stokehouse teams will deliver a bold new dining experience that lifts the Medallion Club’s premium dining offering to a new level.  

With a powerhouse grill serving flame-kissed cuts and fresh seafood, Stokehouse Precinct Executive Chef Jason Staudt has expertly crafted a menu inspired by the heat of the grill and the energy of the stadium.

Taking cues from Stokehouse’s produce-driven and bold approach to the menu, the dishes feature grill and seafood signatures – bringing the best of the surf to the turf of Marvel Stadium.

Stoke-Grill offers a curated mix of table settings perfect for any occasion, accompanied by an exclusive private dining room. The new premium dining offering is designed for both pre-game feasts and post-game celebrations.
