Momosan Boston, operated by Patina Group at Hub Hall adjacent to TD Garden in Boston, earlier this month marked its five-year anniversary with a special visit from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, celebrating the restaurant’s continued success and impact in the Boston dining scene.
The milestone provided an opportunity to reflect on the team’s accomplishments and the strong foundation that has been built since opening day. A special recognition went to Ignacio Baeza-Diaz, who has been a dedicated member of the Momosan Boston team since the restaurant first opened its doors.

“We appreciate all of our team members at Momosan – it was special to recognize Ignacio and his commitment, leadership and contributions over the past five years that have helped shape the guest experience and support the restaurant’s growth and success,” said Ivan Law, general manager of Hub Hall.
More about Momosan Boston: In Japanese, the suffix “san” is used to show respect. Such is the genesis of Momosan: Morimoto san, shortened to Momo san, is a moniker for one of the world’s most beloved Iron Chefs – and the short name for Chef Morimoto’s standout ramen shops.
At Momosan Ramen Boston, noodles are front and center. Guests are treated to a culinary experience that’s delicious, dynamic and defined by the quality they’ve come to expect from the Morimoto name.
