Behind the scenes during the National Hockey League (NHL) offseason, Sportservice’s culinary and operations teams have been working tirelessly to redefine the fan experience across the seven arenas where the company operates food, beverage and hospitality services.

Months of menu development and kitchen testing have culminated in a spectacular lineup of offerings. From elevated premium dining to viral, headline-grabbing concessions, the creative menus are already generating media buzz and social media excitement ahead of the official puck drop(s) next week.

Many of the teams, news outlets and social media influencers have collaborated with Sportservice on Instagram. Scroll through the profile to see the highlights!

TD Garden (Boston Bruins)
A new season brings a new look and plenty of new flavors to the Delaware North-owned-and-operated TD Garden.

The first 24 redesigned Boston Garden Society Suites debut as part of a $100 million premium transformation that was announced in April, along with plenty of new flavors throughout the arena. Highlights include dirty sodas and boozy milkshakes at the new Causeway Craves, a revamped Taqueria serving scratch-made Mexican fare, plus new retail and digital experiences.

TD Garden has expanded allergen-friendly options, including salads, a coconut chicken curry rice bowl, teriyaki chicken rice noodle bowl, yucca fries and falafel.

Now guests can preserve their TD Garden memories with collectible cups, containers and straws while also enjoying a delicious snack or beverage.

UBS Arena (New York Islanders)

The Nerds Gummy Cluster Brie Grilled Cheese had people talking before the season even started. Longtime sports media personality Darren Rovell shared an early look at the item on X, reaching more than 3.2 million people.

The rest of the menu made a big impression, too, drawing coverage from dozens of influencers and traditional media outlets. Dive into all the culinary options on Sports Illustrated.

Climate Pledge Arena (Seattle Kraken)
The home of the Kraken is elevating its game-day experience with dozens of new culinary additions curated by Executive Chef Molly De Mers and her team. New self-checkout kiosks ensure fans spend less time in line and more time watching the ice.

KeyBank Center (Buffalo Sabres)

Bridgestone Arena (Nashville Predators)
Smashville is making sure fans come hungry. The new “Sausagery” stand is rolling out footlong bacon-wrapped hot dogs, while a new sabretooth-shaped souvenir cup called “The Fang” was all the rage with social media influencers. See the complete concessions reveal on NHL.com.

Little Caesars Arena (Detroit Red Wings)
The Red Wings are leaning heavily into elevated local flavor this season. Highlights include  an interactive, build-your-own ramen cart in suites, a filet mignon sandwich in concessions, delicious new bites at Sportservice’s streetside restaurants – and exciting new retail.
