Workday Learning, an extension of the best-in-class Workday platform implemented globally in 2023 and 2024, is coming to Delaware North in August 2025.
“Our move to Workday Learning is about more than a new system – it’s about creating a smarter, more engaging and personalized learning experience,” said Michelle Goad, vice president of talent development and performance. “By extending our Workday ecosystem, we’re simplifying access, enabling mobile-friendly development and advancing our Performance Aspirations – elevating hospitality standards and experience, becoming a more data-driven enterprise, and pursuing operational excellence and efficiency.”

With Workday Learning, team members will be able to complete required training and explore new development opportunities all in one place, and right from their mobile device or computer. The platform will recommend content based on a team member’s role, interests or goals, making learning more relevant and useful.
Team members will learn more about the Workday Learning rollout, how the transition benefits them, what to expect, and how to navigate the new system in the coming weeks.
