Top table games dealers from across Delaware North’s Gaming division this summer competed in the inaugural Delaware North Table Games Olympics, and the winning dealer represented the company at the 2026 G2E Dealer Championship on Sept. 30 in Las Vegas.
Five dealers qualified for the Delaware North competition in August at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Ark., by winning their respective property competitions in July, including a dealer from Catawba Two Kings Casino, for which Delaware North serves as developer and consultant on gaming and hospitality.
Throughout the competition, the dealers demonstrated their expertise in blackjack and roulette through challenges evaluating technical execution, accuracy, game protection, hospitality, guest engagement and overall presentation.
“This was a high-energy competition celebrating the talent, hospitality and professionalism of these team members,” Delaware North Gaming President Jason Gregorec said. “The event highlighted the skill and confidence required to create an exceptional table games experience while maintaining the highest standards of game integrity and professionalism.”

As the inaugural champion, Khoury represented Delaware North at the 2026 G2E Dealer Championship at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Sept. 28-Oct. 1 in Las Vegas, where top casino dealers from across North America demonstrated their skills on one of the gaming industry’s most prominent stages.
Although Khoury did not advance to the final round at G2E, it was a proud moment for Delaware North and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort.

“While this wasn’t the outcome we were hoping for, we couldn’t be more proud of Brian,” said Robert Swedinovich, president and general manager of Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. “Reaching this level of competition is an incredible achievement, and the dedication, talent and passion he showed throughout the event gave us all something to celebrate.”
The competition in August at Southland was judged by a panel of Delaware North gaming leaders, including Gregorec; David Frankhouser, chief gaming and development officer; and Michael Carruthers, vice president of gaming.
Following the competition, participants and leaders gathered for an awards banquet and recognition ceremony at Ignite Steakhouse inside Southland Casino Hotel. The celebration recognized each of the regional finalists for earning their place in the competition and for demonstrating the expertise, energy and dedication they bring to guests every day.
The event also gave table games professionals and leaders from across Gaming the opportunity to build relationships, exchange best practices and celebrate the people who help bring the casino experience to life.
