Hencraft, a new fast‑casual chicken concept from Delaware North’s Patina Group, will open its first‑ever brick‑and‑mortar restaurant on March 12 in downtown Buffalo.
Located at 235 Delaware Ave., directly across from Delaware North’s global headquarters, Hencraft brings a flavor‑forward menu centered on chicken sandwiches, tenders, sides and sauces.
The concept was developed in Buffalo and is designed to scale across Delaware North’s broader hospitality portfolio. The first iteration of Hencraft opened in November as part of the new Gravitate Food Hub at Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack in West Virginia.
