Patina Group is bringing its Hundredfold American brasserie concept to Atlanta this fall, and Delaware North teams recently gave Braves fans an early taste of what’s to come.
Ahead of the restaurant’s opening in The Battery Atlanta district adjacent to Truist Park, where Sportservice provides foodservice, James Beard Award-winning chef Timothy Hollingsworth visited the ballpark Sept. 11-13 to showcase menu items and build excitement for the new location.

From mascots to morning shows – chef Timothy Hollingsworth and his Hundredfold fare made the rounds during a recent visit to Atlanta.
The Sportservice team partnered with the Braves to host tasting stations in three premium hospitality spaces: the Delta Club, Truist Club and Xfinity Club. Hollingsworth greeted guests and introduced fans to signature dishes, including crispy beef tacos, tomahawk steak, lobster rolls and four-cheese macaroni and cheese.
The visit also generated valuable exposure for the upcoming opening. Hollingsworth appeared on Atlanta News First (the CBS affiliate), the Braves’ pregame show and in-game video programming. During the game itself, the play-by-play announcers also sampled a variety of items to help further promote the restaurant.
