Tenaya at Yosemite, Delaware North’s full-service resort just outside of Yosemite National Park, continues to garner national media attention for its idyllic Sierra Nevada experience.
Country Living’s associate commerce editor, Anna Mahan, featured Tenaya in an article, “This Cozy Lodge Offers Luxury Just Minutes Away from Yosemite,” providing readers with a comprehensive overview of her recent visit to the property during a fall media familiarization tour (FAM). In the feature, Mahan notes the resort as a “cozy and luxurious place to stay while keeping you in touch with the peace and serenity northern California has to offer.”
The article, which was also picked up by MSN and Yahoo Life, describes the different lodging options, activities and tours, along with the variety of onsite dining options: “When you come to Tenaya, come hungry. Jackalope’s Bar and Grill has a vast menu that will suit just about everyone, and the taste does not disappoint. Embers is a cozy and elegant dining experience that will impress anyone who walks through the door.”
Central California Parent, a regional publication, featured Tenaya in its January issue with the standalone article, “A Winter Escape at Tenaya at Yosemite.” Magazine Publisher Erika Bullis praises Tenaya as an ideal destination for families, noting, “Rooms are thoughtfully designed with families in mind,” and “Tenaya excels at offering family-friendly activities and amenities.”
Bullis also highlights Tenaya’s commitment to sustainability and “preserving the natural beauty of its surroundings for future generations.”
U.S. News and World Report featured Tenaya in the article, “The 27 Most Romantic Winter Getaways in the U.S.,” noting how the resort “immerses guests in the beauty and wonder of the historic park while offering activities for each season of the year.”
In December, Brett Archer, general manager for Delaware North at Tenaya, represented the resort during a four-minute live interview with Fox 26 KMPH in Fresno, Calif., during which he shared information on upcoming events, packages and the resort’s family-friendly atmosphere.
As a result of being named one of the winners of a 2024 Parents Magazine travel award, Tenaya was in the spotlight on social media in a reel collaboration between Parents and ABC’s “Good Morning America.” The reel mentions Tenaya as a winner and shares three images of the resort.
