Patrick Hoyer Of Parma, Ohio Is Winner Of Sugardale Summer Sweepstakes As Part Of Cleveland Indians Signature Dog Promotion

CLEVELAND, OHIO (July 13, 2007) – Patrick Hoyer, a Information Technology Analyst from Parma Ohio is the winner of the Sugadale Summertime Sweepstakes consisting of a deluxe barbecue grill and a special “Grilling Extravaganza” prize of Sugardale products as part of the Cleveland Indians Signature Dog Promotion created by Delaware North Companies Sportservice in conjunction with Sugardale Foods and the Cleveland Indians. 

Hoyer became eligible by casting a ballot in the Signature Dog Promotion. All voters were entered in the sweepstakes. Voting took place from May 31–July 2 at Jacobs Field and online at www.indians.com 

The choices in the voting were “Frank,” the traditional all-beef hot dog and winner of the contest, “Smokey,” a Polish-style smoked sausage and “Burnie” – a red hot style dog. The polish-style and red hot recipes were specially created by Sugardale Foods for the Signature Dog promotion. 

Patrick will be presented with the Sugardale Summertime Sweepstakes on the field following the Indians – Royals game on Friday, July 13th prior to the start of the Indians post game fireworks display. 

“I’m sure the Hoyer family will really enjoy the grilling extravaganza prize which includes a year’s supply of the Sugardale hot dogs served at Jacobs Field as well as all of our other great grilling items including recipes,” said Kristin Clemmer of Sugardale Foods.
