Hundredfold, a new American brasserie from Delaware North’s Patina Group and James Beard Award-winning chef Timothy Hollingsworth, is officially open in Belmont Park Village on Long Island.
News of the highly anticipated restaurant being open was featured in food critic Florence Fabricant’s iconic “Off the Menu” column in the New York Times and Eater NY.
A formal grand opening celebration is planned for this fall.
Blending French culinary technique with American comfort food, Hundredfold offers a menu that is both nostalgic and refined. Signature dishes include truffled croque madame, steak au poivre and a grown-up take on French bread pizza. Even the sour cream and onion dip gets an upgrade, served with house-made potato chips.
Desserts include a lemon ricotta cheesecake with lemon curd, graham cracker and pistachio. The beverage program, led by Patina’s Olivier Rassinoux, features playful cocktails such as the Hip Flask (served in a flask), the Heaven Cent (a brut rosé sorbet sparkler) and the TTT — a three-martini flight.
“Hundredfold is more than just a restaurant – it’s a glimpse into the future of Patina,” said John Kolaski (JK), president of Patina Group. “We designed it to be joyful, memorable and scalable. This is the kind of concept we see growing in key markets across the country.”
Located within the newly opened Belmont Park Village – a retail and dining destination featuring designer boutiques such as Valentino, Vivienne Westwood, Thom Browne, Missoni and Lacoste – Hundredfold offers a sit-down dining experience amid immersive shopping and hospitality. Patina Group’s leadership team at the restaurant includes General Manager Matthew Padvarietis, Executive Chef David Hansel and Restaurant Managers Silky Benzant and Mary Garnett.
Whether celebrating, shopping or stopping in for martinis and fries, guests are invited to experience the whimsical spirit of Hundredfold. The restaurant is steps from UBS Arena, where Delaware North Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage services provider for the New York Islanders.
