Patina 250, owned and operated by Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group, hosted hosted the latest installment of its Guest Chef Series, “Seafood & Spritz,” on June 11 at company headquarters in Buffalo.

The event, which included a curated menu for seafood lovers and offered guests 15 varieties of seafood, was created by the Fresh Catch Poke Co. culinary team alongside Patina 250 Executive Chef Evan Wargo.

“The chefs from Fresh Catch Poke Co. were wonderful to work and collaborate with and were true professionals throughout the process, from production to execution of the meal,” Wargo said.

Guests indulged in specialty cocktails and appetizers, along with a champagne-paired raw seafood bar, before enjoying a five course dinner featuring Bluefin Tuna & Ora King Salmon Crudo, Kohlrabi & Papaya Salad, Patagonia Shrimp Terrine, Brown Butter Lobster Roll and Strawberry Rhubarb Galette.

The sold-out event was planned in partnership with Curate Hospitality, which connects professional chefs and guests with tailored hospitality experiences.

“The ‘Seafood & Spritz’ dinner with Fresh Catch was the 10th installment of the Guest Chef series, offering guests the amazing and unique experience they have come to expect from these events,” Wargo said. “We are in the planning stages of our next
dinner, which will be unique in its own right, featuring James Beard Award Finalist Ryan Fernandez from Southern Junction.”

The next Guest Chef installment, “Smoke Show,” featuring Southern Junction, is already sold out.
