New fast-casual chicken concept, Hencraft, to open first brick‑and‑mortar location March 12 in downtown Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (March 2, 2026) — Patina Group today announced that Hencraft, its new fast‑casual chicken concept, will officially open its first-ever brick‑and‑mortar restaurant on March 12 at 235 Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo. A ribbon-cutting event will be held on March 11, when the restaurant will open to friends and family.

The storefront sits next to Starbucks and directly across from the global headquarters of Patina Group’s parent company, Delaware North, offering a high‑visibility launchpad for the bold new brand. Hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

In addition to visiting in person, guests can order online using mobile delivery apps such as Grubhub, DoorDash and Uber Eats.

Born in Buffalo – built for big flavor

Hencraft brings a spirited, flavor‑forward approach to chicken sandwiches, tenders, sides and sauces – all crafted for maximum crunch, personality and satisfaction. The concept is launching in Buffalo, with plans to scale nationwide – including within Delaware North operations.
