MLB.com/Budweiser’s “MLB Grub Tour” made a recent stop at Great American Ball Park – home of the Cincinnati Reds – to feature the Delaware North Sportservice ballpark fare.
For the video segment, Executive Chef James Major demonstrated how to make two fan-favorite dishes, both featuring a Cincinnati staple – pork – and other local ingredients.
Using the park’s Porkopolis Dogs & Sausage outlet as a backdrop, Major assembled a Fry Box, which contains seasoned French fries, smoked pulled pork, coleslaw, banana peppers and topped with a sweet Ohio barbecue sauce. He also showed off the Flying Pig, a German sausage wrapped in a banana pepper and bacon, and finished with a honey mustard sauce.
