ST. PAUL, Minn. (Feb. 25, 2026) – Minnesota United FC and Delaware North – the food, beverage and retail partner at Allianz Field – have introduced several new menu items for fans attending matches at the stadium this season.
The new offerings include a mix of items developed by Delaware North’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Adam Reitsma, as well as signature creations from new local favorites Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks and Soul Bowl. Together, the additions highlight global flavors, plant-based options and locally inspired concepts available at multiple concession locations throughout Allianz Field.
“We’re excited about the range of flavors and creativity behind these new items,” said Barry McCabe, general manager for Delaware North at Allianz Field. “From bold, globally inspired dishes to vegan options and Allianz Field exclusives, this menu reflects our goal of giving fans food that’s as memorable as the matchday atmosphere.”
New menu items include:
- Spicy Gochujang Chicken Pizza
Red Baron stadium pizza topped with Bibigo crunchy chicken, green onion and gochujang sauce.

Beef patty topped with kimchi, crispy onions, pickles and Fireball Korean BBQ sauce.
Available at Global Street Grill in section 16. - Tofu Banh Mi (Vegan)
Baguette with tofu, cilantro, carrot, cucumber, fresh jalapeño, banh mi marinade and vegan sriracha mayo.
Available at Global Street Grill in section 16 and Street Fare in section 34. - Torta
Telera bun with pulled pork, refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, fresh jalapeño, mayo and avocado spread.

Jerk chicken served with yellow rice, plantain, pineapple, green onion and jerk sauce.

Fresh Amoroso roll filled with steak, grilled onions and Cheese Whiz.
Available at section 12. - Kramarczuk’s Kasekrainer Sausage
Allianz Field exclusive sausage topped with caraway sauerkraut and pickled mustard seeds.
