Fans attending Minnesota Twins games at Target Field this season can enjoy an expanded lineup of new food and beverage offerings, as Sportservice – the sports hospitality division of Delaware North – introduces innovative concession concepts, a mix of local and globally inspired flavors, and enhanced beverage options throughout the ballpark.
The 2026 ballpark food and beverage menu continues the Twins’ and Sportservice’s commitment to delivering memorable, diverse and elevated culinary experiences for all Target Field guests.
New and Expanded Concession Concepts
- La Madre (Section 110): Inspired by the bustling streets and vibrant culture of Puerto Vallarta, La Madre delivers an immersive Mexican street-food experience at both its Minneapolis Mill District location and at Target Field.
- Elote: Steamed corn on the cob slathered with mayonnaise and coated in a choice of cotija, Tajín or árbol spice, plus Flamin’ Hot Cheetos or hot blue corn chips, and served with lime wedges.
- No Gluten Way (Section 112): A dedicated destination for fans with celiac disease or those choosing a gluten-free lifestyle. Offerings include:
- Beef burger with white American cheese, grilled onions, bacon and bistro sauce on a gluten-free bun.
- All-beef hot dog with grilled onions on a gluten-free bun.
- Gluten-free snacks.
- Gluten-free cookies from Minneapolis’ family-owned and operated Atuvava Bakery.
- A selection of gluten-free beers, seltzers and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Mac and Yes Please (Section 113): A customizable comfort-food destination featuring:
- Build Your Own: Cavatappi pasta tossed in creamy white cheddar cheese sauce and toasted breadcrumbs. Fans can choose from toppings and proteins including Buffalo chicken, brisket, blue cheese crumbles, sliced hot peppers and fried onion crips. The dish is then completed with a Buffalo ranch or BBQ drizzle.
- For the Kids: A simple kids’ mac and cheese option is also available.
- Mediterranean Bowl (Section 114): Steamed rice topped with chicken shawarma, diced red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
- Vegetarian option also available.
- Red Cow (Section 233): Offering a sophisticated twist on the classic neighborhood tavern, Minnesota-based Red Cow features finely crafted eats and drinks with a focus on gourmet burgers, craft beers and fine wine.
- Double Barrel Burger: Two beef patties topped with white American cheese, grilled onions, burger butter and a horseradish cream sauce.
Also of note, favorites Herbivorous Butcher and MSP Kosher Dogs will now be located at the Market Grill (Section 126).


New Restaurant Food Items
- Truly On Deck: Buffalo chicken poutine; churros; and a grilled quesadilla.
- Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern: Bang-Bang chicken sandwich
- Hrbek’s: Loaded tater tot nachos.
Sweet Treats and Desserts
- Justin’s Candied Popcorn Bar (Section 106): Fresh-popped popcorn topped with a customizable selection including Reese’s Pieces; M&M’s; crushed Oreos; chocolate-covered pretzels; yogurt-covered pretzels; Nerds clusters; cookie crumble; miniature marshmallows; and chocolate, white chocolate, or caramel sauce.
- Chocolate Fish on a Stick (Truly On Deck and Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern): From prominent Minneapolis-based Chef Matthew Kazama of the forthcoming Izakaya Kazama, this Japanese-inspired dessert features a crispy fish-shaped waffle filled with sweet filling and served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Beverage Enhancements
- Niko Niko (Section 120): Building on the successful 2025 introduction of boba tea at Target Field, Niko Niko expands the experience with new boba flavors, dirty sodas and boozy boba options for guests 21+.
- In-House Summertime Shandies (various bars, restaurants and clubs): Target Field’s mixologists are delivering several flavors of the Midwest’s signature summer drink.
- Mix-and-Match Carbliss Cocktails (Carbliss Clubhouse): The new Carbliss Clubhouse located inside Gate 6 features a variety of Carbliss premium hand-crafted cocktails.
