Mindil Beach Casino Resort takes home four Gold Plate awards

The Delaware North-owned-and-operated Mindil Beach Casino Resort took home four awards at the 2019 Hospitality Northern Territory Australian Liquor Marketers Gold Plate Awards. The annual event acknowledges the outstanding quality and service of the Northern Territory’s best restaurants and dining establishments.

Mindil Beach Casino Resort was awarded Gold Plates in the following categories:

  • Best Specialty Cuisine – il Piatto
  • Best Steak Restaurant – Cove
  • Best Function/Event Caterer – Mindil
  • Beach Casino Resort
  • Best Cocktail List – Sandbar

“Receiving a Gold Plate is one of the highest accolades in the hospitality industry,” said
Mindil Beach General Manager Mark Bennett. “These achievements are well-deserved recognition for the hard-working teams who continue to deliver consistently high-quality food, beverage, service and guest experience.”

The awards are judged by independent judges and awarded on the quality of food and overall dining experience, including the ambience, service and presentation of the venue and staff.
