EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (Sept. 5, 2024) – As the New York Giants and New York Jets gear up for the new season, fans at MetLife Stadium can look forward to an exciting lineup of new food, beverage and merchandise from foodservice and retail partner Delaware North.
“From iconic local flavors to innovative new dishes, we’re bringing a diverse culinary experience to MetLife Stadium that truly has something for everyone,” said Bill Lohr, Delaware North’s general manager at MetLife Stadium. “Whether you’re a Giants fan celebrating the team’s 100th anniversary or a Jets fan diving into the Legacy Collection, this season’s retail offerings are designed to enhance every moment you spend supporting your team.”
New Culinary Offerings in Concessions:
Filet Mignon Sandwich – Coffee rub, balsamic onion jam, gouda cheese, garlic butter, arugula, and horseradish aioli on a seeded semolina roll. Available at Against The Grain in the East and West Clubs.
New York SuPremio Sausage – Premio hot Italian sausage, melted provolone cheese, peppers and onions, and marinara sauce. Available at the Great West Hall Portable.
New Jersey SuPremio Sausage – Premio sweet Italian sausage, peppers and onions, pork roll, fried potatoes, and ketchup aioli. Available at the Great West Hall Portable.
Nonna Fusco’s Kitchen (East and West Clubs and 100 Level Stand):
- Chicken Vodka Parm Sandwich – Nonna’s Chicken Cutlet, vodka sauce, provolone cheese, and basil pesto on a seeded semolina roll.
- Fried Ravioli – Ricotta-filled ravioli served with vodka sauce.
- Fried Meatballs – Nonna’s Three-Blend Meatball, served with marinara and Grana Padano cheese.
- Zeppoles – Italian doughnut holes, fried and served with powdered sugar.
Suite Offerings:
- Rack of Lamb – Grass-fed Colorado lamb, harissa couscous, charred broccolini, fennel and orange salad, and halal sauce.
- Golden Pulled Pork Pull-a-Parts – Golden pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and everything crunch topping on a buttery Hawaiian bun.
- Jersey Disco Fries – Waffle fries topped with Taylor ham, poulette glacé, gruyère cheese, and scallions.
- Zeppoles – Italian doughnut holes served family style, topped with powdered sugar, salted caramel, and chocolate ganache.
New Retail Selections
Giants fans can celebrate the team’s 100th anniversary with a collection of T-shirts, hats, mini helmets, footballs, pennants, decals, sunglasses, and pins from Starter/GIII and Oakley marking the occasion. The “1925 Collection” is dedicated to the anniversary and includes tees, hoodies, long sleeves, crewnecks, and headwear, all embellished with a custom “1925” insignia inspired by elements of the iconic Giants wordmark and the team’s primary NY logo.
Jets fans have their pick of merchandise featuring the new logo, which pays tribute to a historic era in the team’s history. The “Legacy Collection” will feature three versions – legacy green, white, and black. The designs harken back to the Sack Exchange era (1979-1989), complete with double-stripe shoulders and single-stripe pants. Retail offerings include jerseys, jackets, hoodies, hats, and T-shirts.
