Masaharu Morimoto’s Momosan Boston joins the dining lineup at Hub Hall

hubhall-baracade3-080719-printDelaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group recently announced that Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s Momosan Ramen Boston by Morimoto will make its Boston debut at Hub Hall this winter.

Momosan Boston will be the only full-service standalone restaurant within Hub Hall, the 16,000-square-foot dining destination located within The Hub on Causeway, the joint-venture development by Delaware North and Boston Properties that opened earlier this year adjacent to TD Garden and North Station.

At the 3,000-square-foot Momosan Boston, noodles will be front and center, highlight-ing Chef Morimoto’s varieties of Japanese-style flavor-forward ramen. The menu will also feature a variety of grilled dishes, Japanese bar snacks and sushi, all with Chef Morim-oto’s signature twist. Playful small Izakaya plates and appetizers will take guests on a comfort food journey.

A vast sake list, including a selection of Chef Morimoto’s signature sake, will be featured along with wine, cocktails, Morimoto signature beers in collaboration with Rogue Ales, Japanese beer and a local beer.

“I am looking forward to being a part of the all-new Hub Hall and offering the Momosan experience to locals, tourists and TD Garden attendees. Momosan is all about enjoying ramen, grilled skewers, beer and sake in a fun, casual and energetic environment,” Chef Morimoto said.

Chef Morimoto visited Boston earlier this month in preparation for Momosan’s open-ing. He toured both Hub Hall and the adjacent Banners Kitchen & Tap, also operated by Patina Restaurant Group; hosted a VIP meet and greet at Hub50House, the residential tower in The Hub on Causeway; and hosted a party for Hub Hall partners in Banners Kitchen & Tap’s private dining room, Blades & Boards, and its Topgolf Swing Suite. He also prepared a sushi lunch for the Boston Bruins, owned by Delaware North Chairman Jeremy M. Jacobs, at their Warrior Ice Arena Practice Facility.

Momosan Boston joins previously announced partners Bianco & Sons Sausage, Boston Soup Company, Caffè Nero, Cusser’s Roast Beef & Seafood, GreCo, JUICYGREENS, Lily P’s, MIDA APIZZA, Mike’s Pastry, Monica’s Mercato, Now Pouring Wine Bar, ReelHouse Oyster Bar, Sauce Burgers, Sullivan’s Castle Island, Taco Dumbo, The Draft by Banners and The Smoke Shop at Hub Hall.

Momosan Boston represents an expansion of Delaware North’s partnership with Chef Morimoto. The company also operates Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs in Florida, and Skewers by Morimoto at Los Angeles International Airport.
