Kramarczuk’s will offer free brats to celebrate the partnership
MINNEAPOLIS – ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Twins and Target Field food service partner Delaware North Sportservice are proud to announce a partnership with local deli favorite Kramarczuk Sausage Company. Kramarczuk’s, a family-owned Northeast institution for more than 55 years, will serve bratwurst, Polish and Hungarian sausages at Target Field.
The sausages will be made fresh daily just one mile away from Target Field and served at two concession carts placed throughout the concourses at the new ballpark. Kramarczuk’s bratwurst is an excellent grilling sausage; its Polish sausage carries a subtle garlic flavoring; and its Hungarian sausage is a paprika-spiced pork.
To celebrate the partnership, Kramarczuk’s will be offering free brats today, Feb. 10. Samples of all three Target Field selections will also be available during the formal announcement at 11 a.m. at Kramarczuk’s Restaurant and Market at 215 East Hennepin Avenue.
Kramarczuk Sausage Company, founded in 1954, represents hard work and tradition. “My ancestors came to the United States from Ukraine in 1940 in hopes of achieving the American dream,” said Orest Kramarczuk, owner of Kramarczuk’s. “This partnership represents a great milestone for us, and I am thrilled to be supplying Twins fans with something I am so proud of.”
Target Field continues to raise the bar on ballpark cuisine with regional influences and partnerships with iconic local restaurants.
“The menu roster for Target Field will grant Twins fans a locally diverse sampling of some of the best food the Twin Cities has to offer,” said Dave St. Peter, Twins president.
