Delaware North’s team at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on Florida’s Space Coast plays an important role in shaping the guest experience at the popular destination, which welcomes visitors from around the globe.

Two team members at the visitor complex recently received prominent industry recognition for their innovation and creativity through technology.

Making every screen count at the visitor complex

Kristy Osgoodsby, video graphics manager for Delaware North at the visitor complex, manages the content across the digital screens throughout the property, which Delaware North operates for NASA. Osgoodby was recently recognized for the role she plays in the customer experience by digital signage software company Poppulo.

Osgoodsby was chosen as the September 2026 recipient of Poppulo’s Impact Award, which recognizes individuals and organizations using digital signage to create measurable business impact, strengthen communications and deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Poppulo published Osgoodsby’s recognition on its website, and an excerpt from that feature is included below:

Kristy manages content across more than 100 screens throughout the property, but what sets her work apart is how she approaches content. She spends time in the park learning where visitors get confused, works closely with operations to understand what guests are asking and continually adapts the signage to deliver clearer, more useful information at exactly the right moments.

The result is a digital signage program built around the visitor – helping people find their way, understand what’s happening, make decisions and spend less time searching for answers.

Creating a unified, reliable platform for meeting space

Pedro Antonio Oñoro, director of information technology for Delaware North at the visitor complex, was recognized as a recipient of the Cisco Webex Luminary Award.

The award, presented to Oñoro by former NFL quarterback Tom Brady during Cisco’s Webex One conference, honors exceptional technology leaders who demonstrate innovation, leadership and a commitment to transforming how organizations communicate and collaborate using Cisco technologies.

Oñoro was featured in a roundup story highlighting the 2026 award recipients:

Pedro needed a unified, enterprise-grade platform to simplify management, improve reliability, reduce support overhead and deliver a consistent, high-quality meeting experience across the entire [Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex] campus.

He transformed workplace collaboration by deploying a wide-ranging portfolio of Cisco collaboration devices and Webex software for a consistent experience across offices, conference rooms and shared spaces.

As an active member of the Cisco Webex Experts community, Pedro also provides product feedback that helps shape the Webex roadmap – keeping a facility that serves employees, contractors, partners a
