Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex serves as backdrop for Visa Live Benson Boone concert

The Rocket Garden at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, which Delaware North operates for NASA on Florida’s Space Coast, on Nov. 29 served as the backdrop for an exclusive Visa Live concert headlined by global artist Benson Boone.

The visitor complex team began preparations for the event earlier this year, working with Visa Live on all of the logistics for the event, which more than 2,900 fans attended.

They also hosted Boone and members of his production team during a visit to the visitor complex in September, during which they filmed promotional materials that were shared on social media and during the concert.

Visa Live events are designed to unite fans and artists in iconic destinations and forge connections through music in unique settings. The Rocket Garden, which features nine authentic rockets from NASA’s historic Mercury, Gemini and Apollo programs, as well as the modern United Launch Alliance Delta II rocket, was selected by Visa Live to provide an awe-inspiring backdrop, celebrating the adventurous spirit of space exploration.

Tickets to the event were only available through a drawing from Visa for eligible Florida residents, and the concert was also livestreamed on TikTok and simulcast on 93 iHeartRadio stations across the United States.

Boone’s popularity and global reach has resulted in extensive coverage of the concert, with dedicated articles from USA TodayBillboard and People.

The visitor complex’s Instagram page has also seen increases in followers, content impressions and engagement, with more than 3,500 new followers and over 1.59 million video views on collaboration posts with Visa.
