Jake’s 58 Hotel & Casino, the Delaware North-owned-and-operated gaming venue on Long Island, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with an expansion of the property’s on-site dining amenities and several promotions for its loyalty club members.
Jake’s 58’s full-service restaurant, Bistro 58, has undergone an expansion to grow its capacity from 120 to 200. Its menu has also been redesigned with more contemporary selections, including an all-day breakfast menu, a wide variety of fresh salads, sandwiches and a dinner menu. A new coffee bar, C+M Bar (a popular concept within the Patina Restaurant Group portfolio), is also expected to open in the hotel’s lobby on May 28.
“We are incredibly thankful for how this community has embraced us in our first year of operation,” said Chuck Kilroy, general manager of Jake’s 58 Hotel & Casino. “Our goal was to provide a first-rate entertainment destination on Long Island, and we’re continuing to make upgrades to the property to enhance our guest experience.”
As part of its one-year anniversary party, Jake’s 58 hosted a special event on May 17 featuring alumni players from the 1986 World Series Champion New York Mets, including Keith Hernandez, Mookie Wilson and Tim Teufel. Additionally, members of Jake’s 58 loyalty club, Lucky North, can take part in a monthlong raffle to win a 2018 Yamaha SX195 Jet Boat. Club members receive entries with each point earned through May 24, when a winner will be selected.
On Memorial Day, Jake’s 58 will also invite members of the military to come and enjoy free play by showing their military ID. Active-duty military will receive $10 in free play while retired service members will receive $5.
