Jacksonville Jaguars and Delaware North unveil new food and beverage offerings at EverBank Stadium for the upcoming season

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (Sept. 4, 2025) – Delaware North Sportservice, the proud hospitality partner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, is bringing bold new flavors and fan-favorite classics to EverBank Stadium for the 2025–26 NFL season. With a focus on hearty comfort food and regional flair, the updated menu promises to elevate the game-day experience for fans across the stadium.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this season’s lineup of incredible food offerings at EverBank Stadium,” said Marcus Snead, general manager for Delaware North at EverBank Stadium. “From new creations like the Touchdown Tots, Sack & Sizzle and Brisket Chili Nachos to returning favorites like the DUUUVAL Dawgs and, our team is committed to delivering bold flavors and memorable bites that match the energy of Jaguars fans.”

Featured New Offerings Include:

  • Red Zone Burger – A double-patty burger stacked with cheddar cheese, bacon, crispy onion straws and BBQ sauce. (Locations: South End Zone Burger Port & 904 Prime Burger at Sections 105 & 132)
  • Sack & Sizzle – A fan-favorite pita pocket stuffed with thinly sliced steak cooked in smoky beef tallow, shredded cheese and horseradish dijonnaise. Optional toppings include caramelized onions, lettuce and diced tomatoes. (Pita Den at Section 119)
  • Brisket Chili Nachos – Corn tortilla chips smothered in brisket chili and nacho cheese, with optional sour cream, salsa and jalapeños. (Food Hall at Section 145)
  • Loaded Tots – Tater tots topped with nacho cheese, bacon and green onions. (Tailgate Grill & South End Zone Food Truck)
  • Touchdown Tots – Tater tots loaded with chicken tenders in choice of sauce, finished with nacho cheese, bacon, ranch and green onions. (South End Zone Food Truck)
  • Tater Tots – Now replacing traditional fries as the go-to side across multiple locations. (Tailgate Grill & South End Zone Food Truck)
  • Quesadillas – Cheese or chicken quesadilla served with salsa and sour cream. (Yucatan Cantina at Section 125)
  • BBQ Mac & Cheese – Pulled pork or smoked turkey over creamy macaroni and cheese, topped with BBQ sauce, fried onions and green onions. (South End Zone Smokey Que’s)
  • DUUUVAL Dawgs – Jumbo hot dog or jalapeño cheddar sausage topped with brisket chili, nacho cheese, peppers and onions. (DUUUVAL Dawgs at Sections 117 & 126)
  • Cheesesteak Nachos – Thinly sliced steak piled high on corn tortilla chips, topped with cheese whiz, peppers and onions. (Cheesesteak & Dogs at Section 149)
  • Corn Dog Basket – A classic corn dog served with a side of crispy tater tots. (Tailgate Grill: Sections 128, 410 & 435)

 

Club-Level Enhancements

  • Lucky’s Chicken Bowl – Now available in a Sweet ‘n Sour variety, with the addition of egg rolls. (Gallagher Club East – Stand 239; Gallagher Club West – Section 212)
  • DUUUVAL Coastal Kitchen – Brisket ‘n Grits. (Gallagher Club East – Stand 234; Gallagher Club West – Section 207)
  • Butcher Block – Featuring house-made chicken salad served on buttery croissants. (Gallagher Club East & West – Lower Club)
  • The Tailgate – Introducing the Helluva Gouuuda Burger: double patties, gouda, bacon, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. (Gallagher Club East – Section 134; Gallagher Club West – Section 112)

Suite-Level Additions

Delaware North is also elevating the suite experience with a variety of new offerings, including The Jag’s Tail (a new dessert creation); Pizza Dip; a Shrimp Boil; Compressed Watermelon Salad and DUUUVAL Salmon.

New suites packages include the Iron Man, Florida Tailgate, The Smokehouse, First & Bold, and the Green Gridiron, a vegetarian package with fresh, flavorful options for plant-based fans.
