Jacksonville Jaguars and Delaware North unveil new food and beverage offerings at EverBank Stadium for the upcoming season

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (Sept. 11, 2024) – As the Jacksonville Jaguars gear up for the new season, fans at EverBank Stadium can look forward to an exciting lineup of new food and beverage options from foodservice partner Delaware North.

“This year, we’re thrilled to introduce several exciting updates, including the debut of our new Duuuval Country Kitchen,” said Marcus Snead, Delaware North’s general manager at EverBank Stadium. “Fans can look forward to fresh made-to-order pizza, a delicious new pretzel offering, and the Duuuval Country Kitchen Express food truck, stationed in the Fan Entertainment Zone. The truck will serve up Southern favorites like fried chicken, pork chops, and grilled salmon, adding even more flavor to the game day experience.”

Duuuval Country Kitchen brings a taste of Southern hospitality to Gallagher Club

New this season is the Duuuval Country Kitchen, which replaces the MedEx stands in the Gallagher Club. Menu highlights include:

  • Shrimp ‘n Grits – Shrimp, andouille sausage, celery, onions, green pepper, seasonings, yellow corn cheddar grits.
  • Beef Short Ribs – Braised short ribs, roasted root vegetables, yellow corn cheddar grits. 
  • Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese – Cavatappi pasta blended with American and gouda cheese sauce and lobster meat.
  • Mac ‘n Cheese Side Dish – Cavatappi pasta blended with American and gouda cheese sauce.
  • Collard Greens Side Dish – Braised with ham hocks.

Also new to the Gallagher Club offerings are a pair of menu items at Lucky’s:

  • Orange Chicken – Tempura-battered fried chicken pieces tossed in orange sauce with sautéed vegetables served atop jasmine rice.
  • General Tsao’s Chicken – Tempura-battered fried chicken pieces tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce with sautéed vegetables served atop jasmine rice.

Several must-try items set to debut throughout general concessions

From the 1st Down Burger to Walking Tacos, there is a wide variety of creative new menu items debuting at general concessions this season. Highlights include:

  • 1st Down, 2nd Down or Touchdown Burger – A single, double or triple burger with blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and choice of toppings. Available at the South End Zone Burger Portable.
  • Honey Garlic Stinger Chicken Sandwich – Dipped in honey garlic stinger sauce, topped with slaw and fried onions. Available at the 126 Chicken Portable.
  • Buffalo Chicken Sandwich – Dipped in traditional Buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese and slaw. Available at the 126 Chicken Portable.
  • Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich – Dipped in teriyaki sauce, topped with pineapple salsa. Available at the 126 Chicken Portable.
  • Walking Tacos – Fritos or Nacho Cheese Doritos topped with beef, chicken or Impossible meat, cheese sauce, sour cream, salsa and jalapenos. Available at the 145 Food Market. 
  • Al’s Pizza will offer three different types of flatbreads (cheese, pepperoni, Buffalo chicken), plus chicken tenders and fries. Available in Section 114 and 141.

Raise a glass to the new season

Explore new drink offerings, including signature cocktails at the Jägermeister Bar and local brews from Ancient City Brewing. New beverage offerings include:

  • Santo Bar, located at 136 in the Lower East Gallagher Club and 207 in the Upper West Gallagher Club, will serve Santo Tequila.
  • Vida de Louie tequila can be found at 239 in the Upper East Gallagher Club.
  • Lugo’s Bar, located at 234 in the Upper East Gallagher Club, will offer their signature Growl pouches (also available at Sections 116 and 143).
  • The new Jägermeister Bar is located at Section 117 and will offer frozen cocktails – the Duuuval Dream (Jägermeister and pina colada) and the JAX Crush (Jägermeister and lemonade).
  • Ancient City Brewing will offer their 1st & Gold Golden Ale, along with other local offerings, including Anastasia Island IPA, Augustine’s Orange Amber Ale, Castillo Coconut Porter and Matanzas River Red Ale.
