The Jacksonville Jaguars and Delaware North, the team’s foodservice partner at EverBank Stadium, today announced new specialty menu items for Sunday’s AFC Wild Card matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
Among the specialty offerings are the Tater Tot Battle Box, a 2-foot display of tater tots featuring each city’s culinary specialty – with the Jacksonville side topped with popcorn shrimp, datil pepper ranch, hot cherry peppers and green onions, and the Buffalo side topped with popcorn chicken, Buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles and dressing, and carrot and celery slaw, available in the Tailgate (128, 410, 435) and Wings, Fries & Brews (212 and 239) locations.
The featured Redzone Burger (featuring two patties, cheddar cheese, bacon, fried onion straws and BBQ sauce) will be available at 904 Prime Burger (105 and 132), Tailgate Grill (112 and 139) and the SEZ Burger Portable.
Battle Drinks will rep each team: a Jaguars Teal (Long Island mix, triple sec, sour mix and Blue Curaçao) and Buffalo Red (Long Island mix, triple sec, sour mix and cranberry juice). The cocktails will be available at cocktail locations (113, 124, 141, 405, 441 and SEZ Wine Bar), and Club Bars (108 Glass Bar, 135 Glass Bar, 209 Wine Bar and 236 Wine Bar).
Specialty drinks available at the Terrace Suite include:
- Spicy Jaguar Sip: Tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour mix, muddled jalapeno, Tajín rim and dehydrated lime garnish.
- Jaguar Sugar Blitz: Vodka, pineapple juice, lemonade, simple syrup, Blue Curaçao and a teal swivel candy garnish
- The Prowler: Dark rum, ginger beer, lime juice and a dehydrated lime garnish.
Spiked hot chocolate (available plain or with Licor 43 Horchata, Frangelico, Kahlua, Peppermint Schnapps or Godiva Chocolate Liqueur). Available at 117 Jager, 416 Blue Moon, 430 USO and outside bars at the upper clubs.
