As senior vice president of human resources (HR), Chuck Abramo drives Delaware North’s global HR Strategy and leads the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) organization, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Technology and Analytics, Employee Relations and HR Shared Services. He works closely with Delaware North’s senior leadership team to provide strategic guidance on performance, culture and engagement throughout the company.
Chuck has served in various senior leadership roles in our HR organization since joining Delaware North in 2021. Before his time at Delaware North, Chuck served in HR and operational leadership roles at HelloFresh and Whole Foods Market/Amazon, in addition to various leadership roles at Crate & Barrel, Amy’s Kitchen and Gap Inc.
Chuck holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., and a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from Niagara University in Lewiston, N.Y. He is based at corporate headquarters in Buffalo.
