Chrissy Oliver is senior vice president, treasurer and corporate development for Delaware North, overseeing the company’s treasury, risk management and asset management functions.
Oliver has successfully driven corporate growth throughout her career. She was a founding leader at Compass Inc., a top tech-enabled real estate technology company, where she provided strategic oversight of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. At Compass, Oliver was instrumental in generating more than $2 billion in revenue through over 35 corporate transactions, influencing the company’s upward trajectory to the largest brokerage in the United States. Oliver held several leadership roles at Compass, including vice president and head of strategic partnerships and M&A.
Oliver also held progressive roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including as a strategic liaison between the institution’s Global Equities and Global Wealth & Investment Management teams. She was responsible for developing new investment products, supporting financial advisors with training and tools, pitching investment ideas and helping both teams find opportunities to collaborate and better serve clients.
Oliver has a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and is based at corporate headquarters in Buffalo.
