Chris Lozipone serves as senior vice president, controller and FP&A for Delaware North. Lozipone leads many key finance functions for Delaware North, including accounting, financial planning and reporting, global business services, financial systems, tax and payroll. He is responsible for managing the company’s financial control environment, external audits, tax compliance and audited financial statements. In addition, he leads the company’s annual planning process, monthly forecasting and management reporting.
Lozipone joined Delaware North in November 2019 after spending the previous 20 years with Constellation Brands, a leading internal producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits, headquartered in Rochester, N.Y.
At Constellation, Lozipone served in a variety of diverse roles, including vice president of global finance shared services from 2015 to 2019, director of global data governance from 2009 to 2015 and director of financial systems from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, he worked at Constellation’s Wine Division, where he held roles in financial planning and reporting and accounting.
Prior to Constellation, Lozipone worked at Gleason Works as a senior financial analyst and started his career with GE Capital.
Lozipone has an MBA in accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management. He also is a graduate of Harvard’s Emerging Executive Leadership program.
