Beth MacDonald

  • Senior Vice President of Strategic and Operational Finance

Beth MacDonald is senior vice president of strategic and operational finance. In this role, she leads, directs and oversees enterprise strategy, as well as the finance practice of all six Delaware North subsidiaries, thus providing connectivity from strategy inception through to integration in operations.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, MacDonald is responsible for Delaware North’s annual and long-term financial projections and plans, covenant management and new business proformas. She plays a crucial role in ensuring standards and alignment across the finance function and with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.

Prior to this appointment in 2024, MacDonald served as vice president of strategy, where she oversaw development, operationalization and implementation of strategic initiatives and standalone strategy projects. She continues to hold these responsibilities in her current role.

A long-tenured leader for the company, MacDonald joined the company in 1999 as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) analyst in Sportservice. Throughout her 25-year career at Delaware North, she has held various finance roles in Sportservice, Travel, Parks and Resorts, Gaming, International and corporate administration.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. She splits her time between Pittsburgh and Buffalo.
