Ana Rodriguez is executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) at Delaware North, a global leader in hospitality and entertainment. In this role, based at Delaware North’s global headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y., she has responsibility for Delaware North’s overall human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development and performance management, and serves as a key business advisor to executives.
Rodriguez joined Delaware North in December 2024. Her extensive expertise in human resources and corporate law spans various global industry sectors, including food processing, healthcare, manufacturing and specialty chemicals. Her broad capabilities include strategic leadership, corporate and board governance, organizational transformation and succession planning.
Rodriguez joined Delaware North from Monogram Foods in Memphis, where she most recently held the role of EVP and chief people officer. During her tenure, she led all HR activities for 6,000 employees and contractors across 17 food processing sites in the U.S. Prior to that, she held executive roles at The Lubrizol Corp., Sotera Health, Avient and Molex Inc.
Rodriguez earned a juris doctor at the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor’s degree at California State University at Long Beach. She is a licensed member of the New York Bar Association.
She serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis board of directors for the Memphis branch as director; is a member of the HR Policy Association and Society of Human Resources Management; and was part of the 2024 class of Leadership Memphis.
