DETROIT — The upcoming Detroit Red Wings season ushers in a wave of innovation and excitement at Hockeytown, with a host of new merchandise, concessions and restaurant offerings designed to elevate the fan experience – especially as this marks the team’s centennial season.
“We’re incredibly excited to show Red Wings fans what our team has created to bring fresh, inventive flavors to the arena—everything from signature smoked short rib to local favorites with a modern twist,” said Sean Patwell, general manager for Delaware North at Little Caesars Arena. “We captured the spirit of Hockeytown, and we can’t wait for guests to taste the passion and creativity behind every bite.”
Premium offerings in suites include a Smoked Short Rib Cart, House-Made Ice Cream Sandwiches with Mackinaw Island fudge ice cream and mini dessert assortments.
Celebrating the Centennial
Delaware North Sportservice will be offering souvenir draft beer cups shaped like an ice skate with the centennial logo available at certain concessions stands throughout the arena. Souvenir Zambonis filled with chicken tenders and French fries will be available at Coop stands.
Elevated drink concepts that honor the team’s history will also be a highlight this season. Each cocktail reflects a different era of Red Wings greatness — from the Origins Era to the Dynasty years and beyond — designed to be celebratory, rooted in Detroit tradition and visually memorable.
- October 9, 2025 – Origins Era: The Roaring Red: Light and dark rum, blood orange juice, passionfruit juice, fresh lime and grenadine.
- November 7, 2025 – Dynasty Era: Dynasty on Ice: Tito’s, strawberry, dragon fruit, lemonade and red cotton candy. Garnished with a hockey player cutout and blinking ice cube.
- January 12, 2026 – Celebrating Sergei Fedorov’s Retirement: The Fedorov Freeze: Tito’s, cherry, fresh lime and ginger beer. Served in a hockey stick cup with a red ice cube.
- January 31, 2026 – Dominance Era: The Octopus Bowl: Tito’s, Malibu, electric blue, lemonade, Nerds and sour octopus gummies. Served with a blue ice cube and floating octopus garnish.

- Portal 42: Bao Buns: Lobster, Bulgogi Beef or Vegan Spicy Shitake
- 313 Grills: Triple Double Burger: Triple smash burgers, double cheese, Nueske’s bacon, caramelized onions, burger sauce.
- Beirut Bakery (Detroit House): Beirut Bakery Chicken or Beef Shawarma: Grilled all-white meat chicken breast or tender-tail beef, pickled turnips, spiced onions, and cucumber pickles drizzled with tahini and a generous amount of BB’s garlic or tahini sauce.

- Short Rib Ravioli: A returning fan favorite! House-made semolina dough stuffed with parmesan and herb shredded short rib, cacio e pepe sauce, pickled blackberries, parmesan-crusted wild mushrooms and arugula.
- Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta: Brined fried chicken breast, corzetti pasta, tomato, sweet onion, burrata and basil pesto.
