Delaware North’s executive head chef of hospitality at Wembley Stadium in London, Mark Reynolds, was recognized among the who’s who of the United Kingdom’s culinary scene at the June 15 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.
Reynolds was honored as the top chef in the category of Banqueting/Event Chef at a glittering gala dinner at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London.
Vice Presidents of the Craft Guild of Chefs Steve Munkley and David Mulcahy hosted the ceremony, with an audience of 800 of the hospitality industry’s brightest stars in the UK.
The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards acknowledge a host of top professionals across the industry – a mix that includes those who work in pubs, fine dining restaurants, the city university, military units or in contract catering, and even as development chefs for national retailers.
