BUFFALO, N.Y. (Oct. 6, 2025) — Delaware North is rolling out an exciting new menu for the 2025-2026 Buffalo Sabres season at KeyBank Center, offering fans a bold mix of new flavors, returning favorites (including the popular “Dog of the Game” series) and creative concessions designed to elevate the game-day experience.
“Concessions are one of the most important touchpoints in the fan experience, and we are continually listening to feedback and working to optimize and refine the offerings at KeyBank Center,” said Pete Guelli, chief operating officer of the Buffalo Sabres. “Every season is an opportunity for us to improve in that area, and our focus remains on ensuring the gameday experience meets the expectations of our fans.”
Michael Buonopane, executive chef for Delaware North at KeyBank Center, said: “Every season, we challenge ourselves to bring something new and memorable to Sabres fans. This year’s menu brings even more bold flavors, local favorites and a few playful twists. From tribute sandwiches to rotating specials, we’ve built a lineup that’s full of energy, flavor – and the unmistakable spirit of Buffalo.”
Star-Powered Additions
Among the standout new items are tributes to Sabres center Tage Thompson and the legendary French Connection line:
- The Tage Hero Sandwich – Genoa salami, ham, pepperoni, capicola, provolone, mozzarella, red wine vinegar, lettuce, tomato and red onion on a toasted sub roll. Named for Thompson’s overtime goal that clinched Team USA’s win at the 2025 IIHF World Championship. Available at Perry Market (100 Level).
- Big Parm Thompson – Chicken cutlets, vodka sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on a two-foot French loaf. Inspired by Thompson’s go-to pregame meal of chicken parmesan with vodka sauce. Available at La Nova stand within the food court (Section 116).
- The French Connection – Three layers of French toast stacked with ham, cheese, a fried egg and mustard cream sauce. A nod to the iconic trio of Gilbert Perreault, Rick Martin and René Robert. Available at Perry Market (100 Level).

New Specialty Brew
New this season will be Labatt Blue and Blonde Ale – a crisp, exceptionally clean and refreshing blonde, cream ale that features artisan hops from New Zealand. This handcrafted, unfiltered, small-batch ale – created exclusively for KeyBank Center – is brewed with pilsner and pale ale malts and comes in with an ABV of 4.6%. The Wai-iti hops provide characters of stone fruit and citrus in the aroma and flavor with a very subtle amount of complementary bitterness that balances the sweetness.
Value Menu for Season Ticket Members
Full season ticket members of the Buffalo Sabres will have access to a special value menu at Sahlen’s locations featuring popular items such as hot dogs, bottomless popcorn, bottled Coke, pretzels, water and Cracker Jacks – all priced between $3 and $5. This is in addition to the existing 25% discount on all concessions and Sabres Store merchandise, which was expanded for the 2024-25 season and will continue.
Expanded Concessions
The concessions program continues to grow with bold new offerings:
- Helicopter Fried Bologna – Thick-cut fried bologna with lettuce, tomato, American cheese, bacon and garlic aioli. Available at Grill Stand (100 Level).
- Rayzor Dog – Sahlen’s footlong hot dog topped with smoked pulled pork, shredded cheddar and tangy sauce. Available at Top Dog locations.
- 3-Meat Chili Cheese Dog – Bacon-sausage-beef chili and nacho cheese over a Sahlen’s hot dog. Available in footlong and regular sizes at Top Dog locations.

- Firecracker Shrimp – Crispy shrimp tossed in sweet chili aioli with scallions, sesame and lime
- Loaded Short Rib Fries – Waffle fries topped with braised short rib, beer cheese, pickled jalapeños and scallions
