From Green Bay, Wisc., to Jacksonville, Fla., up to Buffalo and New Jersey, the culinary teams at Delaware North Sportservice have been preparing all year for this moment: the start of the NFL season.
The company continues to redefine the stadium experience, bringing fans across the NFL bold flavors, creative twists and memorable bites.
Buffalo Bills – Highmark Stadium
Delaware North’s new menu at Highmark Stadium features regional favorites, creative twists and elevated stadium fare. Executive Chef Zach Skinner, General Manager Rico Ferranti and Regional Executive Chef Steve Forman made appearances on WIVB, WGRZ and WGR Sports Radio, and coverage of the new items also included WKBW, Spectrum News and The Buffalo News. Menu highlights include:
- Battle Boat: Waffle fries topped half with Buffalo-style ingredients and half with flavors from the visiting team’s region for each game (e.g., smoked kielbasa, crab cakes, shrimp po boy or lobster roll).
- MVP (An ode to quarterback Josh Allen): Grilled flank steak with jalapeno relish, caramelized onion aioli, arugula and onion rings on ciabatta.
- All-Dressed Chicken Tenders: 11 spices mimicking Canadian All-Dressed Lays Chips.
- Chickpea Blitz: Chickpea crumble with cucumber, lettuce, pickled onions and roasted red pepper hummus in a gluten-free wrap.
- Weekly Regional Features: Each home game features a new menu item inspired by the visiting team’s city, such as Mr. Crabs (Baltimore), Cubano (Miami), Shrimp Po Boy (New Orleans), Lobster Roll (New England) and more.
Green Bay Packers – Lambeau Field
Lambeau Field’s menu celebrates Wisconsin flavors with inventive twists on game-day classics. Executive Chef Zac Ladubec and General Manager Eric Sampson spoke to media during a preview of the new food and beverage lineup on Sept. 3. Coverage included Yahoo!, WFRV, Fox 11 and UpNorthNews. Menu highlights include:
- Loaded Big Pretzel: Bavarian-style pretzel with cheddar cheese sauce, bratwurst, fried sauerkraut and beer cheese mustard.
- Brat Egg Rolls: Crumbled brats, fajita mix, cheese curds and cream cheese in a crispy egg roll.
- Bratcho: Tater tots topped with brat coins, corn pico, beer cheese, sour cream, guacamole and green onions.
- Summer Sausage Grilled Cheese: Sourdough with Havarti cheese, summer sausage and garlic herb crema.
- Green and Gold BBQ Chicken Sandwich: Fried chicken with pickles and coleslaw on a King’s Hawaiian roll.
Jacksonville Jaguars – EverBank Stadium
Yahoo! Sports was among the outlets to highlight the wide array of new offerings at EverBank Stadium:
- Red Zone Burger: Double-patty burger with cheddar, bacon, crispy onion straws and BBQ sauce.
- Sack & Sizzle: Pita pocket stuffed with steak, cheese and horseradish dijonnaise.
- Brisket Chili Nachos: Corn chips topped with brisket chili and nacho cheese.
- Touchdown Tots: Tater tots loaded with chicken tenders, nacho cheese, bacon, ranch and green onions.
- DUUUVAL Dawgs: Jumbo hot dog or jalapeño cheddar sausage topped with brisket chili, nacho cheese, peppers and onions.
MetLife Stadium – New York Jets & Giants
New York Jets and New York Giants fans can look for a variety of new offerings, with a focus on the diverse offerings from the New York City metro area. Yahoo! Sports was among the major outlets to pick up local media coverage of the new offerings, which include:
- Garden State Rippers: All-beef franks with special toppings.
- Turnpike Dog: Topped with house-made chili and Cooper Sharp cheese sauce.
- Sonora Dog: Bacon-wrapped, loaded with jalapeños, salsa nacional and cotija cheese.
- Colombian Dog: Finished with pineapple salsa, ketchup-mayo and crispy potato sticks.
- Pasta Fresca by Nonna Fusco’s: Lumache pasta with a choice of sauces and add-ons like chicken cutlet and meatballs.
