EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (Sept. 9, 2026) – Sportservice, the hospitality partner at MetLife Stadium, is rolling out a lineup of new food, beverage and retail experiences for fans attending New York Jets and New York Giants games this season.
From fresh pasta and New Jersey-inspired specialties to premium sandwiches and personalized memorabilia, the new offerings are designed to give fans more reasons to explore the stadium and enhance their gameday experience.
“Every year, we look for new ways to elevate the guest experience at MetLife Stadium,” said Bill Lohr, general manager for Sportservice at MetLife Stadium. “This season’s additions blend fan-favorite concepts, new culinary offerings and interactive retail experiences that give guests even more reasons to arrive early, explore the stadium and create lasting memories.”
One of the season’s most anticipated additions is a personalized football activation located in the newly launched customization zone outside the flagship retail store. Available during both Giants and Jets games, the customization zone allows fans to design and purchase laser-engraved footballs that are personalized on-site. Following strong fan interest during the preseason, Sportservice plans to expand the offering to suite holders during the regular season.

New locations, expanded fan favorites and exclusive game-day offerings highlight this season’s concessions lineup. Highlights include:
Nonna Fusco’s/Pasta Fresca
Sportservice is expanding its popular fresh-pasta concept with a second location, making signature Italian-inspired dishes available to more fans throughout the stadium. Seasonal specials will rotate throughout the season, including traditional Sunday Gravy during colder-weather games for both the Jets and Giants. Available at Sections 118 and 335 and in both Mezzanine Clubs.
Tacos Roqueros
The refreshed concept returns with an updated menu and elevated presentation, bringing bold flavors and additional variety to MetLife Stadium’s culinary lineup. Available at MetLife West Hall, Section 313 and in both Mezzanine Clubs.
Garden State Rippers
A fan favorite rooted in New Jersey tradition, Garden State Rippers is expanding to additional locations throughout the stadium. The menu features Thumann’s natural-casing hot dogs, known for their signature “rip” when fried, including a Colombian-style hot dog and a Jersey chili cheese hot dog topped with house-made chili. Available at MetLife West Hall, Section 317 and in both Mezzanine Clubs.
Fat Rooster
The popular chicken concept returns for another season, featuring house-made chicken tenders and its signature spicy chicken sandwich. Available at MetLife West Hall, Sections 101 and 317 and in both Mezzanine Clubs.
Carved-to-Order Filet Mignon Sandwich
A new premium sandwich marks the first time Sportservice has offered freshly carved filet mignon as part of the stadium’s general concessions program. Available at Section 108 and in both Mezzanine Clubs.
