Player-inspired creations headline expanded concessions, club and suite offerings
BUFFALO, N.Y. (Sept. 24, 2026) – Delaware North Sportservice, the foodservice partner at KeyBank Center, is introducing a new lineup of food and beverage offerings for the 2026-27 Buffalo Sabres season – continuing its focus on elevating the hospitality program throughout the arena.
The menu includes new choices across general concessions, clubs and suites, with offerings ranging from Buffalo-inspired comfort food to shareable game-day fare.
Two player-inspired items lead the new lineup. The Dough-ner, inspired by Josh Doan, is a fresh pizza dough pocket filled with birria, cilantro, onion, Monterey Jack, mozzarella and tomato, served with birria gravy. The Benson BarnBurger, inspired by Zach Benson, features a burger patty topped with pulled pork, bacon, roasted garlic mayonnaise, Canadian cheddar and Benny sauce on a brioche roll. The Dough-ner will be available in the La Nova stand at Section 116, while The Benson BarnBurger will be available the Coca-Cola stands near Section 101 and 305.
“Benny had told us he wanted a burger named after him, so we had a lot of fun bringing that idea to life,” said Michael Buonopane, executive chef for Sportservice at KeyBank Center. “When Doaner got involved, too, it gave us a chance to work with both guys on something that felt personal to them. They were great to work with, and we’re excited for fans to finally get to try what we came up with.”
Building on its popularity last season, Sportservice is continuing its rotating concessions program at KeyBank Center, introducing new menu items approximately every 10 games. The program was especially popular among season ticket members, giving returning fans something new to discover throughout the season.
Other additions to the concessions lineup include:
- The Heater: A double burger with pepper Jack cheese, ghost pepper barbecue sauce, candied bacon and chipotle mayonnaise. Available at Grill Stands near Sections 118 and 321.
- Spice Bomb: A 2-foot nacho creation topped with chorizo, spiced chili, queso, barbecue sauce, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, jalapeños and pickled red onion. Available at the Party Nacho portable near Section 114 and Southtowns BBQ near Section 313.
- Brunch Nachos: A game-day-only offering with bacon, breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, beer cheese, maple syrup and green onion. Available at the Party Nacho portable near Section 114 and Southtowns BBQ near Section 313.
- The Hangover: A game-day-only double burger with bacon, egg, pepper Jack cheese and chipotle cream cheese. Available at Grill Stands near Sections 118 and 321.
- Taco Pizza: Pizza topped with queso, cheddar, taco meat, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo and mozzarella. Available at La Nova stands near Sections 104, 116, 301, 313, 320.
- Peach Crumble Fried Dough: Fried dough topped with peaches, brown sugar biscuit bites and dulce de leche. Available at Let’s Dough stands near Sections 116 and 322.
- Beaver Tail and Chocolate Bacon Milkshake: A milkshake topped with cinnamon-sugar fried dough, chocolate-covered bacon, maple syrup and whipped cream. Available at Let’s Dough stands near Sections 116 and 322.
- Bear Claw Pretzel: A pretzel finished with almond frosting, toasted almonds and powdered sugar. Available at the Power Play Pretzel Portable near Section 107.
Michelob Ultra Lounge
The newly introduced Michelob Ultra Lounge will offer an expanded food and beverage experience from Sportservice, including additional four new points of sale at the bar and new made-to-order offerings prepared on a live-action grill – including hand-carved beef on weck and fried bologna.
Open to all fans attending events at KeyBank Center, the Michelob Ultra Lounge will continue to be a destination to meet up, grab a drink or something to eat and get back to the action.
The Market sponsored by Sahlen’s
Fans looking for a quick stop between the action will have another option on the 100 Level with the addition of a second grab-and-go market. The Market sponsored by Sahlen’s, located near the entrance to Section 100, will offer hot dogs, nachos, pretzels with cheese, popcorn, assorted soft drinks and canned beer.
Fans can simply grab their selections and pay using one of the eight self-checkout kiosks, adding another convenient option for getting food and drinks and returning to their seats.
1970 Club
Delaware North will also provide the all-inclusive food and beverage experience in the reimagined 1970 Club, now an exclusive space for Signature Seat members. Guests will enjoy premium food, soft drinks, beer and wine in a newly refreshed setting featuring new furnishings, an upgraded sound system and 10 new 75-inch TVs.
With Signature Seats sold out for the 2026-27 season, the 1970 Club adds a premium hospitality experience designed around convenience, comfort and an elevated food and beverage offering.
Club and Suite Additions
Club-level additions include beef and cheese empanadas with chipotle aioli; personal 10-inch La Nova pizzas; and house-made, loaded footlong corn dogs topped with honey mustard, mayonnaise, pickled red onions, bacon and scallions.
Guests in the suites will also find new selections, including a churrascaria menu featuring Brazilian pork loin, Cornish hen, cheese bread, Brazilian beans and squash medley. Additional suite offerings include chicken riggies with hot and sweet cherry peppers in a tomato-cream sauce, along with brioche bread pudding made with cinnamon-brown sugar custard, dried cranberries and white chocolate.
