BUFFALO, N.Y. and FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (June 15, 2017) – Delaware North, one of the largest privately held hospitality and food service companies in the world, today announced it has opened two new restaurants at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Casa Noble, a tequila bar opened in partnership with Constellation Brands, and Harvest & Grounds, Delaware North’s proprietary coffee and café concept. Both restaurants are located just past the TSA security checkpoint in Terminal 4.
“We are proud to continue bringing quality and diverse dining options to travelers at FLL,” said Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel division. “Casa Noble and Harvest & Grounds are two enticing brands that will only add to the ongoing food and beverage transformation in Terminal 4.”
Casa Noble, developed in partnership with the award-winning Mexican tequila brand, will feature three of the Casa Noble premium tequilas, as well as an assortment of Casa Noble cocktails created exclusively for the FLL location. In addition to its tequila and bar offerings, Casa Noble will also serve a menu of food options, including Latin-influenced sandwiches, shrimp ceviche, tacos and salads.
Harvest & Grounds is a Euro-American bakery and café that serves freshly-baked pastries, espresso drinks, sandwiches, salads, gourmet bite-to-eat plates, and packaged snacks. Coffee lovers can also try specialty brews, such as the cold-brewed iced coffee, which is prepared with Harvest & Grounds’ unique Nitro Coffee Tap system. This is Delaware North’s seventh Harvest & Grounds location, with other outlets located in Terminal 3 at FLL and at airports around the country.
Delaware North first began operations at FLL in 1984 and operates more than 20 food and beverage outlets in Terminals 3 and 4 at the airport.
