Delaware North names Seth Rose president of its Patina Group business

Veteran hospitality leader to oversee Delaware North’s premium restaurant and hospitality business

BUFFALO, N.Y. (Aug. 18, 2026) – Delaware North, a global hospitality and entertainment company, announced today that Seth Rose has been promoted to president of its Patina Group business. In this role, he will lead a nationwide portfolio of premium restaurants and catering operations that includes venues in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Buffalo and Disney destinations in Florida and California.

Patina Group is Delaware North’s premium restaurant and hospitality business, known for chef-driven dining concepts and hospitality experiences in landmark, cultural and destination venues across the United States.

Rose has held several leadership positions during his nearly decade-long career with Patina Group, most recently serving as chief operating officer. In that role, he oversaw the company’s daily operations while working closely with culinary leadership to advance menu innovation, chef-driven programs and guest-facing concepts that distinguish the Patina brand.

Before becoming chief operating officer, Rose served as vice president of strategic partnerships, overseeing Patina Group’s relationship with The Walt Disney Company and supporting an expanding portfolio of restaurants across Florida and California. During his tenure, Patina further strengthened its position as Disney’s largest external food and beverage partner.

“Seth is an exceptional leader who embodies the qualities that have defined Patina Group’s success: culinary excellence, strong client partnerships and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience,” said Jamie Obletz, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Delaware North. “Throughout his career with Patina Group, he has earned the trust of our team members, chefs, clients and business partners while helping strengthen and grow some of our most important relationships. I am confident Seth will continue to build on Patina’s reputation as one of the country’s premier restaurant and hospitality companies.”

As president, Rose will focus on advancing Patina Group’s culinary distinction, operational excellence and long-term growth while strengthening relationships with clients, business partners and destination venues.

“Patina Group has built a remarkable reputation for delivering exceptional hospitality through great food, talented people and meaningful partnerships,” Rose said. “I’m honored to lead this business and work alongside our chefs, operators and support teams as we continue creating memorable experiences for our guests and pursuing new opportunities for growth.”

Rose joined Patina Group in 2017 as vice president of operations at the MetLife Building in New York City, where he managed a multiunit dining business. In 2019, he relocated to Orlando to lead the launch of Space 220 Restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort, which opened in 2021 and became one of EPCOT’s most popular dining destinations. He later served as vice president of strategic partnerships before being named chief operating officer.

Prior to joining Patina Group, Rose spent 11 years with Haru Sushi in New York City, including as vice president of operations.
