Delaware North is open for business at Boston Logan International Airport

Last month, Delaware North’s travel division began its rollout of restaurants at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) with the opening of Pei Wei and WPizza concepts. The openings mark the beginning of Delaware North’s business at New England’s busiest airport following the announcement of a multiyear contract to operate 12 food, beverage and retail concepts across four terminals.

WPizza, a quick-serve pizza concept developed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, opened Nov. 13 in the airport’s newly expanded Terminal B. The restaurant offers a menu of specialty artisanal pizzas that are freshly made and cooked in a turbo oven in less than 90 seconds. It’s the latest Wolfgang Puck concept opened by Delaware North, which offers other concepts from the celebrity chef at Los Angeles International Airport, Ontario (Calif.) International Airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Calgary International Airport.

Pei Wei, which opened Nov. 14 in Terminal B, is a quick-serve concept that serves authentic Asian-inspired dishes. Bold flavors and a varied menu provide guests with an array of choices of freshly prepared stir fry dishes. Delaware North’s location at BOS will provide guests the added convenience of ordering on self-operated touchscreen kiosks for faster service.

Over the course of the next 12 months, Delaware North will continue to open a variety of food, beverage and retail concepts at the airport. They range from proprietary concepts such as Bruins and Celtics sports bars, Boston-area favorites such as B. Good Burger and Monica’s Mercato, and a New Balance retail outlet, among others.
